CK was a great inspector, no regrets. Worked with my scheduling, did not rush the job, and found very valid points in the inspection report. Technology is impressive with how detailed each findings were- clear pictures with suggested fixes.
CK will be my go to inspector for future services

Cody did a great job with his inspection even through some rough weather. Has advanced equipment to make sure no moisture, leaks, etc are missed. 👍

Best experience working with an inspector. Cody is extremely detailed and very knowledgeable. He was easy to communicate with and was Inspecting my property When he told me he would. He had his report to me within a few hours after inspecting. He also called and talk to me about any questions I might’ve had. I highly recommend Cody.

As a real estate broker representing a buyer, I truly value inspectors who are thorough, professional, and communicative—and Cody Kerr checked all those boxes. He arrived on time, completed a very detailed inspection, explained all concerns clearly to my client, reviewed everything with us before leaving, and delivered a clear, concise report later that same day. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Cody has been so professional and communicative with my clients! They so appreciate knowing he is the actual inspector that will be on the job! His eye for detail, and his knowledge, have definitely helped my buyers to understand what functions in the home and what it may need before they buy! I really appreciate his knowledge and responsiveness and I highly recommend him!

Cody at CK Inspections was a lifesaver during our home-buying journey. As first-time homebuyers using a VA loan, my wife and I were immediately impressed by Cody’s professionalism. He was thorough, patient with our many questions, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire inspection process. We purchased a home built in the 1970s, and Cody was like a house doctor, delivering a clear, detailed, and well-organized report that covered all aspects of a thorough home inspection, including the WDI report required for the VA loan. The report was easy to understand, and I still use it as a reference for our home renovations. I highly recommend this integrity-driven home inspector!
